    They do NOT ANSWER THE PHONE - infuriating! I have a business reply account that had a balance. I waited 30 min in line to clear our balance. A week later - they call and say they're sending us to collections (apparently no record of us paying our balance - although I have a receipt showing that we did). Cannot get through any phone line to talk to someone, so I'm going to have to leave work to drive there and talk to someone in person!!!! I have tried calling 2 different numbers ALL MORNING. The phone just isn't picked up. This is not acceptable! Everyone is saying the same thing, but nothing changes.
