  I had a terrible and frustrating experience at the Victoria secret at Greece Ridge mall on Friday, December 8 around 8:45 pm. I stopped in and found two items that I really wanted to purchase but did not have my Victoria’s Secret credit card coupons with me. I asked the manager if she could give me a courtesy and honor the coupon with my Victoria’s Secret card showing I was a member. She said told NO , You would have to have the coupon or come back with it! She was rude and condenscending and kept repeating the same things over and over again. wake up Victoria secret!!! why can’t you do what banana republic does and text or email the damn coupon so the customer always has access to them regardless of when their shopping ( on the fly or planned) and it would encourage customers to purchase more product. Clearly you don’t train your staff or managers to have solutions that are customer focused. needless to say I left the $60 item at the desk and didn’t purchase it.
