    The lack of professional behavior led to unnecessary returns. Which then led to poor service, dishonesty and outright lies, and dissatisfaction for both Valentin's and myself.

    I recommend looking elsewhere where they will do basic measurements and get them right. Or buy online, you'll likely get better service and cheaper prices.
