    Not very helpful, staff had a defeatist attitude. Wanted to buy a new piece of equipment to replace a failed unit and they didn't have what I wanted in stock and didnt want to go the extra mile to find what I needed. Asked about fixing my broken unit and was even less accommodating. Glad they're busy but I'd hate be an existing customer facing that service attitude. I hope their feast can carry them through their famine when it comes.
