  Terminix personnel responded to my call for help fast. Mr. Lange came to the house, inspected the problem, calmed our fears,( that is important), and gave me a quote. The company worked payment out so everything could start now! Everything was explained for our part, and the gentlemen checked to see if we were ready for the treatment. Nice. Quick. Easy.

  Sent someone to my house when I wasn't home, after I had asked two different Terminix people to cancel my service. Charged me $128 to brush some spiderwebs off the outside of my house. Called to try to cancel again and also request a refund on the charges, both the operator and the cancellation department rep told me they couldn't help me but someone else would call me in a few days. If your business practices are that sketchy, your business is trash. I suggest anyone call a different exterminator.
