I took my car to Sofia to have my bumper cover replaced. Very friendly service. They replaced the bumper cover seamlessly with a perfect paint match. Furthermore, they actually fixed a hidden issue from a previous accident that a previous collision company ignored (I bought my car used) at no extra cost! To top it off, they washed my car and even cleaned the inside. Top notch service! I wish my insurance company was as customer-oriented. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I called Sofia’s Collision & Mechanical to make an appointment. I advised the receptionist that I would only have one hour at the shop since I will need to get back to my job. I was given assurance. I got to the shop ON-TIME, but I still had to wait 30 minutes. After the secretary handed the paper to the manager, I, in anxious yet not in any rude tone, advised him that I only had 30 minutes left. He returned the papers and said, “If you’re gonna have an attitude, we don’t want your business." Definitely not a place that respects your time, values your business, or accommodates your needs, even when assuring that they will. They would also accuse you of having an attitude when you are anxious to get the job done!
