    Coming from someone who works in outdoor gear retail, I can understand a long day and the lull of the closing shift. Tonight we went in on a mission to purchase a pair of bindings from The Ski Company, but were not greeted at the door, were not acknowledged for the 20 minutes we were standing at the bindings wall (obviously looking for a staff member), and were given an attitude when someone finally assisted us.
    We will no longer be shopping with this company and I will no longer continue to recommend their services to the customers I work with.
    Totally disappointing service.
