  Had my car towed there to get some quick brake work. I am an engineer myself; I knew what the issue was and I pointed it to them before they touched the car.
  
  The gentlemen at front desk did not help me call the tow truck - they only told me about a tow truck company they use and gave me a phone number. I stood outside in the cold and called the tow company, then walked back to my car (about a quarter of a mile away) and waited for the tow truck. Tow truck showed up an hour later and dropped me off at Schrader’s.
  
  Surprisingly, Schrader’s made it that I pay for the tow truck through them instead of paying the tow truck driver directly. At the end of the day I was overcharged, as my bill included a cut to Schrader’s (I paid over $60 to be towed a quarter mile).
  
  Tow trucks are expensive and I understand that (have AAA but didn’t want to use it to save time.) But Schrader’s did not have to jump in and handle the money when at first they appeared aloof and not committed to helping me. I found the move unscrupulous. I wouldn’t return there and I wouldn’t recommend them.
