    I had plenty of hair still and they charged $1000 (just a random number they came up with) to work on it. The ink faded after about 6 months, and now to do a touch-up, which would take about 20 min of tiny dots, they are asking for $350. They are also not very customer service oriented, besides the price gouging. It's a shame there isn't a competitor in Rochester.
