  After rapid cold weather temperatures caused my windshield to crack initially about 13 inches by the time I called my insurance provider the next day it was cracked 30 inches in a vehicle we use daily my insurer recommend Safelite to replace it they have a direct line of communication with them for scheduling appointments which made it easy. The location was tricky because it’s part of a complex which uses a single address so gps may lead you in the wrong area however I have submitted a location change if it’s approved it should help solve this issue

  My windshield was fixed, but the service was poor. Ended up having to cancel/reschedule 4 times, many due to poor scheduling on Safelite's end! Then, I was told to go to the Henrietta location. There are two very nearby each other and I went to the wrong one, they told me they couldn't help me and I had to then drive to the correct one. Nobody specified or gave me an address. This was all during work hours and ended up taking two hours of my time on a work day.
  
  My windshield is fixed but it was not an easy process.
