    Bought 2 new recliner type chairs. Our last chair purchase was 9 years ago from Ruby Gordon. Very pleased with pricing. Check out was another matter. Qualified for more money than my purchase (to get 0% financing) yet had to put over $700 down...never explained why. One chair was immediately available..one had to be shipped. But I couldn't get the in stock chair unless they redid all the paperwork!! This was all uncalled for and pissed me off. Honestly we were over 45 minutes getting checked out. This is a good company and they standby their products, but people did not seem to know what they were doing in the office today.
