    There were no towels or toilet paper in the room. I was handed towels only and a roll of toilet paper. No shampoo or tissues or garbage bags. The light in the bathroom flickered. The halls smelled of weed and sewage. People stood outside by where the cars parked, smoking. The pool was open but not the hot tub. The temperature fluctuated in the main areas constantly. When we went to check out, there was no one at the desk, only a note that they would be back soon with an emergency number, so we waited 10 minutes for someone to come back. The most positive thing was the cleaning staff who was very friendly.
