  DO NOT GO TO THIS CLUB! WORST CUSTOMER CARE! THEY FOOL YOU!
  
  This club has the worst customer service they do everything until you become a member and then forgot about you! I had a 1-year membership, 2 days before the end of my membership I went to the club and told them I do not want to continue my membership. The person in the front desk told me "Yes Madam, we will take care of this for you. Thanks for your membership." Then, 2 months down the road I realize that I was still being charged by this club. I call the club and tell them that I did not want to continue my membership and my membership ended 2 months ago. They say that my membership went to a month-to-month and I had to give a written notice for cancellation and they cannot do a refund. They fooled me and rejected giving me a refund and they kept telling that the front desk person should not have told you that and yet although it is their mistake I was supposed read the agreement I signed a year ago. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT! I DO NOT SUGGEST MEMBERSHIP HERE! Go to Planet Fitness much much much better! DO NOT BE FOOLED! THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE! THE LOCATION IS ROCHESTER PITTSFORD.
