  I recently moved to Presidential Estates and am very happy here. The apartments are very nice and I love the extra bonus room! The management is friendly and the cost is fair. I was able to request a dishwasher before moving in and had it installed for a reasonable fee added on per month, which to me is totally worth it. The property is set under huge beautiful trees. I like the brick exterior and landscaping. It's great that there is laundry within every building and having only 4 units per building means you shouldn't have much trouble using the washers and dryers when you want. Also, I never have trouble with parking- there is always a space no matter what time I come home. The complex is dog friendly and is surrounded by cute residential neighborhoods with sidewalks to go for walks. It's quiet here and so far all of my neighbors are very friendly. I'd recommend this complex to anyone who is willing to be a good neighbor to those already living here!
