  Burnt Clutch - My wife and I were very disappointed with the Valet Parking service from Premier Parking Services. We have a fairly nice newer car, and when it was returned to us, the interior was overwhelmed with the smell of freshly burned clutch. We're talking serious - not "whoops I shifted a little funny", more like "hey I just stripped 10k miles off your clutch pads, you don't mind right?"
  
  The manager gave us the runaround about it being a rookie driver, told us to go home and inspect the car for damage and he'd fix it, however the claim ticket clearly states they are not responsible for any damage. So instead of just apologizing and being respectful, he had the attitude of shuffling us off and he'd somehow make it all better. I don't expect him to replace the clutch, that would be silly - the point is I don't feel like he really cared.
  
  He did refund our $5.
  
  I will say that the employees were very nice and professional. If it weren't for the issue we had or if the manager had made me feel like he cared enough to ensure no other person would experience this frustration, I'd have been very satisfied.
  
  Bottom line, beware leaving a stick with them, you might be replacing your clutch sooner than expected.
