- Rebecca Bennett★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆EVERY TIME I call this location I am asked to be put on hold, minimum wait time is usually 5 minutes. For that entire 5 minutes the phone is set on the counter and I listen to the teenage girls that work there converse about their plans for the night or what happened during the day. I know this because not only have I heard their conversations over the phone but I have watched the same poor customer service while I wait for my order at the counter. Tonight I called to order yet again and I was asked yet again to hold. I waited 9 minutes before I hung up. I called again three more times and was hung up on. The young ladies answering the phone are often your first point of contact with a customer and this poor customer service should be addressed. I will no longer be ordering from Perri’s and certainly will not recommend them either.
