  I've been here 2 years now
  Requests do not get answered in a timely manner phone calls do not get answered in a timely manner ,I have raised several maintenance concerns ,water coming in from the outside ,,soaking the living room floor and my property ,,they put bandaids on the paving ,,the lawn guys skip the weeds and cut down the plants ,,the work is very incompetent. there is black mold on the inside of my place as a result of the water coming in,this was known about according to 3 different neighbors before i moved in , the people that lived in the unite before me moved to a different unit for this reason, they never said a word
  
  These people are so incompetent that they actually called me the day prior to my moving in (after I had already had changed rg&e cable and mail),they call to tell me that my unit is not available that they have to put me in a different unit because nobody had gotten it ready for me to move in ,One issue after the next ,as i said I could go on and on
  
  oddly enough ,they are not renewing my lease ,,they have instead chose to turn my life inside out by first offering me a lease renewal ,then rescinded it ,leaving me with 30 days,they still to this day have not given me a reason
  
  They hire outside contractor's that can't keep a schedule,,they will tell you one thing and you will always see another happen,,it's unfortunate however i have been told this used to be a nice place to live .time for me to move on to a real Property that is not run down and has competent people running it.
