    Told them I wanted my hair trimmed up, about an inch off (I had long hair) and they lopped off about 5 inches worth of hair I had been growing out for a year. I think this place is very good at doing short trendy haircuts (like fades and whatnot) but they don't understand basic units of measurement so if you have long hair don't bother. If you read the other reviews, almost all of the bad ones are the exact same complaint as mine.
