  I have been seeing Joshua Bankes at JMB Fitness now for a few months. I began to notice more strength and flexibility after just one session with Josh. It has grown steadily since then. I have had trainers before in different athletic situations, but I never worked with anyone who was able to focus on my specific issues so quickly and accurately. I had no idea why I was so stiff and I also didn’t know how to get out of favoring one side. Josh identified exercises for me to do right away at home, inexpensive tools I could get to supplement my fitness at home, too. The other unique thing about Josh is his ability to see the most subtle ways your body is “cheating” on weight lifting or favoring one side. He is friendly, supportive and an expert at helping the individual identify ways to achieve their goals. He also noticed something in my diet right away that needed to be tweaked. The one change gave me a lot more energy throughout the day. If you have any fitness goals, questions, or concerns, Josh is an expert coach. Whether you want to lose weight, feel better about yourself, or just feel stronger and confident in your body, I highly recommend Joshua.
