  I am only one customer so I guess it does not matter to them. I find the baked goods to be very tasty. However, I feel that they have poor customer service in that I have tried to order a pistachio angel food cake several times and been rejected. I understand that they only make them on Tuesdays, but I would think that I should be able to pre-order one on a different day. Once I finally accepted that there was NO WAY to order a pistachio angel food cake any day other than Tuesday, I called more than two weeks in advance to order one for the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and I was told that would be okay. Until I received a phone call a week before Thanksgiving, telling me that they will not make that item during a holiday week!! I think it is very poor customer service to not accommodate me. Again, I am only one customer, but it seems to me that they should be able to figure out how to make an angel food cake when a customer gives more than two weeks notice and made sure to order it for the ONLY day that angel food cakes can be made. Very disappointed.
