  I requested estimates from four services at the same time and Highpoint was the only one to come out and actually measure. Every one else offered pricing based on other lawns they service in my neighborhood or by using an aerial view from the internet, if they could find one (it's a newer development). Needless to say the estimates went from "you gotta be crazy!" to "why so much less?". Highpoint was towards the lower end of the estimates and since they came right out and actually measured, everything made sense and I went with them. Now here's the fun part. My neighbor went with TruGreen and we get our lawns treated on almost the exact same days. My yard looked like every weed in the neighborhood had invoked squatter's rights and my neighbor's yard wasn't much better before we both began our services. Just after two treatments my yard looks amazing and my neighbor's yard looks like, how do I say this nicely, not very good. Not good at all.(maybe that wasn't put so nicely:) He still has weeds everywhere and his grass isn't nearly as green and healthy looking as mine. And to add insult to the conversation, the TruGreen service for me came in at a higher price. The icing on the cake? The customer service at Highpoint has been amazing! I wish other businesses in Rochester had their level of service, but that's another review for another day and for another company(ies).
