Very dissatisfied with my service here. I had a free recall service done. I would've thought it would be my favorite trip to get service done! They changed my dashboard to no longer show what the car had been doing at 10 minute intervals which I found suspicious and I enjoyed. Then when I dropped my car off I specifically said you have to open my door using the lock or the handle will break more. Later that day I pick up my car and the service guy is banging on my handle and opens with window to open the door. Very poor communication and bad for my car. The men were too busy on the phone to give me the quote they had offered that morning to fix the handle. Just incredible rude, felt like just another car on a conveyor belt.
