  I called Comfort to schedule an estimate for roofing and siding. Our roof took a beating in the windstorm 2 weeks ago. I was told by a customer rep on Wednesday that someone would be here on Saturday. She said that in that interval pictures measuring and all other thing necessary things would be done to give us an exact estimate....to the penny.
  Well, the gentlemen showed up without a single thing completed. He then said that customer service was wrong in what they told me.
  A few other things that were really bad was that he told us he could necessary things done this eeek and next week. we should come in and look at samples. The guy had no samples like previous sales people. I said that his process really drags things out. He said well the insurance will take awhile so we are out a month before we can get going.
  This felt like a company that has a weak internal process and a lot of excuses to keep from moving at a significant speed.
  When I spoke with customer service I told them that other companies were bidding this week and I wanted to give comfort a chance to bid. She assured me the schedule we set would produce a bid.
  It might be time for Fritz to turn in his superman outfit for a bus drivers uniform as his sales guy showed he could quickly throw his colleague under a bus.
  It is incredibly interesting that Fritz only answers good reviews and not bad reviews on here. Accepting praise, but not addressing issues is interesting and sends a clear message as troubling as my experience this past week and today.
