    I have lived at Charlotte Harbortown Homes for 13 years; while it has it's ups and downs my overall experience here has been great. I've made life long friends... who are there through thick and thin. When I have had specific challenges, the staff has always been there in a supportive, encouraging manner (unless I'm the one who has screwed up). The maintenance staff, who work so hard, very often are presented with some pretty disgusting challenges, however, they maintain their cool demeanor and constant patience.

    The downs come when a particular group or groups of tenants demand very unreasonable resolutions. We all would like out problems solved immediately, there sooo many of us, and only so much that can be accomplished by staff.

    I would recommend Charlotte Harbortown unequivacably.
