    Manages some of our properties, every tenant has complained about CEM, they are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional cussing at the tenants. Lazy and incompetent, VERY unreliable and fail to maintain their duties. VERY Irresponsible and make TONS of errors putting the landlords profits behind. Houses are getting damaged because CEM is not taking care of the properties nor addressing tenants vandalizing the houses. When calling Curt the property manger he doesn't take responsibility for his or his staffs errors, speaks with a EXTREMELY rude tone and hangs up on the landlord and the tenants. The list goes on and on but to the point, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH CEM unless you want to fail and loose money.
