  I lived here for 7 years and probably another 6 when I was growing up and I wasn't going to write a review but I moved to florida and can honestly say Google reviews saved me a lot of problems so I'm paying it forward. On an honest review it's what you'd expect for 7-800$ you're generally not going to get a finished kitchen with steel appliances and hard wood floors for under 1100 in rochester but the complex is safe, the office staff are actually nice to work with, everything is clean and maintenance is fast so on everything important they get 5 stars. The only real down side was a few people would wake me up with arguing a couple times in the parking lot but those tenants never last. So for thir price point you get what you see, there are no surprises and in the end you can leave without any nonsense or hard feelings with the managers which has been an issue I've had with some other complexes since I've moved.
