    I have been a customer of The Bobbin Case since 1998. In the fifteen years I have NEVER heard an employee be condescending to any customer! The staff is more than willing to help and explain the various models of Bernina sewing machines and accessories. Beside that, they are very experienced sewers and can help on a myriad of questions regarding Bernina sewing software, garment construction issues and many other concerns about the topic of sewing. They have walked me through a problem with my machine over the phone. I can't say enough about the quality of service, the knowledge of the current Bernina sewing machines along with any previous model, the many classes and individual training they offer. I'm a very satisfied customer and highly recommend The Bobbin Case.
