    Walked in, walked back out.

    I was not greeted, I had to walk up to and address the guy that very apparently didn't care for my business.

    The moment I mentioned rental for my groomsman he seemed even less interested; don't know if that's less commission for him or what his deal was.

    He then passed me off to a girl that also seemed like she'd rather not be bothered. She was awkward and seemed out of her element. She took me over to the rental wall where she informed me and my fiancee that a color was "close enough" to what we asked for. She seemed surprised when I mentioned I may actually buy something as well, but by this time I had already made up my mind.

    All and all unprofessional and undeserving of my business.
