  I purchased some antique pocket door hardware on their website for a renovation I'm working on. When the package arrived there was only one door pull. The description upon closer inspections said that it came as a pair but also said it came as just one. I was under the impression that they came as a pair so emailed back. Cindy got back to me right away acknowledging the mistake on their part and sent off the additional door pull at no additional cost and they paid the shipping cost to Canada.
  
  I've been in e-commerce transactions in the past where the company basically tells you a deal is a deal, but these guys really made things right. I won't think twice about doing business with them again and will be paying them a visit in person when I'm in Rochester this August. A standup business with excellent customer service.
