  Terrible experience living in this apartment building (268 Alexander). Mold was starting to grow on the living room walls and nothing was being done about it- they were going to paint over the stains but never even did that! One evening, a BAT (yes, a FLYING BLACK BAT) was in our apartment. My boyfriend had to take the screen off the window and shoo it out. Bug EVERYWHERE. Hot water NEVER worked. Plowing in winter was terrible. My (and others) packages were being stolen right from the front of the building. And as I'm reading reviews now- this has been happening for 5 years now!!!! Secure entrances were talked about- BUT yet again- nothing was done. Because the management company is SO CHEAP. Too cheap. And nothing has been done by the people who own this place. My car (AND my roommate's car) were broken into- and yet again, no compensation was given to us by the company for this. They have done nothing AT ALL to help us.
  The management of this place is quite terrible as well. No help with ANY of our issues.
  
  Please, please if you're thinking about renting from these people- don't.
  don't give them your hard earned money.
