  Ordered 3 dining sets delayed three times. No explanation as to what is holding order up. Order # 300275030. Offered $ 75 off order with unknown deliver date. Would strongly suggest not using Ashley in Rochester. I would think Store Manager would call and explain? No Call. Cancelled my Entire Order. $1600. look at the canned response we get when we provide a poor rating. There is no Customer Focus. Below I posted your canned response myself....

  Its a nice looking store with a decent selection but every time I interact with someone its like they're preforming a 10 minute salesperson skit that they've been rehearsing in the break room for 6 hours. Its exhausting especially when I'm looking for something specific and they try to sell me on something that I clearly don't want ADAMANTLY. I know they get commission for these sales but if they could tone it down a little, give their customers more space to decide if Ashley is offering what they're looking for, I would've had a better experience. *EDIT: I've had this experience with both George and Tyler* I'm still deciding on a sectional that I really like but I'm hesitant to even step foot in this store now bc I feel hounded like prey & I don't think any of their salespeople have given me a good enough experience to deserve the commission that they'd make on it. Maybe I"ll order it online or try the Greece location.
